It'll be two months when the challenge officially starts.

Which might also be how long it'll take me to sit down and write my goals.

 

Summer's here, the work environment is very friendly (and we just got a great coffee machine), the gym is awesome, and I live in a nice area. Only thing that remains is to start learning German! So... Germany is fine! :D

One of the ideas I've been toying with for quite some time has been to cut. However, my quest for a...

...Or that's what I tell myself. To my defence I did a comparison with a picture from a year ago and one from two years ago and there has been some progress. :D 

 

Anyway, goals (in arbitrary order).

 

 

Goal 1: (The food goal) Try a new recipe or improvise once a week.

 

I recently bought a slow cooker and a wok, trying to minimise the time it takes me to prepare food that it is edible (no more dry chicken please), so it's a good time to start trying new stuff! I usually did that before too, but only when I grew bored of cooking/eating the same meals the whole time.

 

 

Goal 2: (The lifting goal) Post lifting videos. 

 

That's the first goal I thought of. I'm not going to specify frequency on that one. As you may or may not have noticed there are no photographs of me or any videos around. There are two very specific reasons about that. First one, I'm self-conscious about posting pictures of myself. Second one, I'm self-conscious of posting videos of lifting (always thinking I'm not lifting heavy enough or my form is not good etc). But I record videos anyway to send to my coach, so I'll be posting some of them. My face will probably not be visible though.

TL;DR: They are mostly for me to post than for you to see, if that makes any sense. ;) 

 

 

Goal 3: (The survival goal) Find a book to learn German and read for half an hour before I go to sleep.

 

Gym nights can be excluded.

 

 

LYUL Goal: Do something every weekend.

 

I should preferably do something social, like go to a meet up or an event, but I have many places around that I could and should visit so even going there it would be OK. (I'll make a list of those places.)

 

 

Oh and depending of how much energy I have to put thought in my updates I might be trolling myself (or you).
