Hahaha, not really, I had a 1rm of 195, should have matched it up better - sorry, tricksy reporting!


The squat was definitely part of the "hit".  The "miss" was for DB row and DL. 

Still, adding 35 lbs to your rep max in 4-5 weeks is fantastic!

And 195 for reps doesn't translate to a 225 single without good control and form ;).
