This challenge I will be continuing the 12 week jump program entering 'phase 2'.  This challenge will be the "Dawn of the Dead"

I think this is my favourite out of the three films I think. Showing how people could make a life amongst the zombies, but then of course their efforts being stymied by the normal 'lord of the flies' behaviour, so prevalent in this genre.

Following!! This was my favorite Romero film by far. The remake was good too! It's always scarier when the run ;)

Hi Wolf, I felt the remake was a very different film but good fun too.

I think 28 days later really took the running to the next level , with almost instant zombies too.

I've done my one workout for week zero today.

3x4 chin ups

3x6 pike pushups

3x5 pushups

3x8 rows

1 minute plank.

Seems hardwork, I'm sure the startBodyweight guy said he got through his progressions in 12 weeks. I've been doing these for over 1 year now.

I got in some chin ups yesterday. Almost proper ones 3x4 and it really only took a few minutrs.

So I'm thinking , to improve my upper body progressions alongside this jump program I'm going to swtich to doing Pullups every other day (on non workout days) and on workout days switch between pushups and rows (with pike progressions on every workout day).

We're thieves and we're bad guys. That's exactly what we are. We gotta find our own way.

Thanks, I was doing pull up progressions but got a bit disheartened with them , so I'm concentrating on chin ups for a while and then I'll go back to pull ups later.

Great start to the challenge.

Got a workout in yesterday and chin ups today.

Did some extra walking for the mini.

Couldn't do basketball today because I took the oldest for a try dive, but missing today should give my legs some rest.

Hello, fellow Rumrunner shipmate. I totally agree with you on 28 Days Later. While some people might not consider it a zombie movie, I think it definitely raised the bar. Have you read any of the Max Brooks zombie books?
