I also use lacrosse balls if I have a particularly tight spot. I've been considering a foam roller for a while. I have a few recurrent tight spots that could use some specific attention and I'm not dextrous enough to massage them out myself. I like the look of this range, and that they have instructions on how to use it (the biggest thing that's put me off getting one is not knowing what to do with it).
