Day 1.4

Work is stressful. That is all.

Goals:

1) Track all the things. Can’t eat maintenance if I don’t know what maintenance is. Don’t stress about eating too much, too little, in the right proportions, or “bad” foods.

Th - 2250 - 113/85/347

Been eating like an absolute glutton. I think I’ve only cooked one meal this week and it came from a box. I want my weekends back.

2) Lift. At least 3x/week. Some form of movement every day.

Played beer league sand volleyball last night. It was fun, but I think I’m too competitive for beer league.

3) Drink water. At least half gallon. More is better.

Water was right around ½ gallon yesterday. Can easily be higher.

 

Life Goals:

1) Don't be a hoodrat (challenge 1)

Nope. Was hoodrat.

 

2) Don't get too fat (challenge 2)

Been driving between buildings multiple times a day. :S

 

3) Read (challenge 3)

Lots of reading yesterday!!! At least I got that done :)

 

4)    Don’t be a hermit (challenge 4)

N/A

 

5) Clean (challenge 5)

Still no cleaning. Hoping to do laundry and grocery store tonight and depending how that goes maybe get to a room.

I also want to add my car to the list of “rooms to be cleaned” and include vacuum, dust, polish, clean exterior, etc.

Go try a bmr calculator, then multiply your result by 1.5.

 

That's where mine tends to be when I'm just eating and lifting and walking here and there.

Updates:

 

Work is still stressful. I ate all the things this weekend and did not track. Considering not tracking as a thing, more on that later.

Lifted M, W, Sa last week. Tu so far this week. Have been walking to work and foam rolling as daily movement, except Friday.

Water has been good. Selfies have been non-existent, but I've looked nice the past 2 days (picture day at work). Reading a bit, not as much as I would like, but trying.

Did not hermit this weekend: workout Saturday, football game, hang out w/ dad, baby shower. 7 hours driving this weekend total :'(

No cleaning, but I did manage to finally get to the grocery store. I spent way more than I normally would because it had been way too long and I was out of everything.

Oh I feel you on that work part. When I compare my achievements and yours though stressfull work, I´m not interested in missing (awesome!!!) selfies and some less cleaning than needed.
