Brief Background

3 Years and two pregnancies can do a lot to breakdown a persons fitness level. So I've gone from being able to do 100 consecutive push ups to barely being able to do 3. I want to come back stronger and fitter than ever. I've currently got about an extra 10 pounds of fat, that I want to be rid of, but I know if I just focus on building strength and stamina, it'll go away without me focusing too much on it. I am currently exclusively breastfeeding, so while I'll be trying to make the best food choices I can, my diet for the most part won't change.

Game Plan

-To rebuild a solid foundation - I will be doing the Darebee Foundation Program - It's light, quick and hits all those foundational points I'll be focusing on for the next four weeks, easing back into fitness.

- Daily Dares & Weekly Quests - This is like an injection of fun into my days

-Mon, Wed, Fri Push ups- Week 1 - 5x5 (x) Week 2 - 10x5  () Week 3 - 15x5 () Week4 - 20x5 ()

I've really tried to keep my plan challenging but still easy and quick, with a baby and a toddler, I'll be pressed for time.

Life Quest

Genesis (x) Exodus () Leviticus () Numbers ()

Matthew (x) Mark (x) Luke () John ()

I'm not expecting this to be too difficult. We will see.

That's all for now.

Off to a great start
Day 1 of foundation completed
A 4 min wall sit
Did some walking

Small steps, but I feeling good about them, especially where they may lead.
I don't want to look too much in the future. One step at a time, no over thinking, reach my goal

I've got all today's reading to do tonight, that's about 10 chapters, looking forward to this before bed.

I couldn't post last night, because I was just that tired, fall in your bed and fall asleep tired, except when you have two young ones, that doesn't stay that way...

But yesterday went down well, I did everything set to do.

 I did 5x5 push ups +5 lol

and the day's daily dare.

I'll be doing some more push ups today, and my workout in a bit.

I've got 30 chapters done so far, and 37 to go, to finish the two books assigned for this week, Genesis and Matthew.

Otherwise I'm off to a great start, feeling good, a little tired, but such is life with two young ones and a never ending list of chores

Finally catching up, I've completed Genesis, I'm almost done with Matthew.

I missed my push ups yesterday, but I'm going to get them done after today's workout.

I have been continuing with the foundation program, I'm sorry I can't give a more colourful update, I'm just trying to get it done at the very least for now. Trying to keep up.
