people who work weekends- Do you workout on weekends? When?

I work Sat to Tuesday 3rd shift. I manage strength training on Tues, Thurs, and Sunday then yoga on Mon and Wed. Mostly I workout right after work, before even going home. If I go home, I wouldn't ever get to the gym. On days off I work out in the morning, after eating breakfast.

Friday and Saturday after work are typically spent with family. We usually go out with friends Tuesday night.

I work 12 hour shifts, so if I'm working a workout is quite literally the only thing I do besides work, eat, shower and sleep. And yeah, sometimes that's on a weekend, but it generally just works out better for my shift rotation if I don't have to worry about lifting on the weekends.
