I never know what to say.

 

I am 50, a few years ago I lost 180 lbs and gained 80 back and stalled for five years.

Well stalled is a weird term, I simply pretended I was trying. By the way that does not work. I deal with a lot of anxiety and depression and if I try to wing it and see how it goes that is usually a recipe for disaster. My default mode is playing Minecraft and playing with my dog. So, a new plan is in place. I wrote out  long term and daily goals to keep me on a schedule of sorts and move me away from my hermitish tendencies. I am doing keto which works for me. Listening to podcasts and reading /r/keto. Glad to be here.
