Shukar Posted June 24, 2016 Report Share Posted June 24, 2016 Yeah, I'm a tad late for this challenge. But I'm here and I'm gonna have a go of it, been having one all week actually. So short and sweet getting to it, goals. 1) Run consistently. I've been not doing that at all of late so starting this week I'm getting out the door for a minimum of a mile at least 3 times a week. I used to go running 3+ times a week all the time, and I haven't been for a while and that's a shame that must be rectified. 2) Cook some food. Been doing some dinner planning for the past weeks, trying to continue that. Cook the dinners 3 times a week. 3) Post more. Log in here and post every day about my progress.
