Judge was tracking a common team time, so I can't know for sure. We all had about the same performance and our total time was something like 15'30" so I'm roughly estimating 2' on the Dead Hang and 3' on the Deadlift hold

Comments: Pullups felt good, I'm finally recovering all the kipping skills and grip strength. Pushups are my achilles heel, but that's fine because the only way to improve is by doing pushups and Cindy is heavy in them. Squats were slower than normal due to a tweaked knee, but I still pushed through. Finished it off with a 500m row in 2:11, which sadly didn't break my 1:55 PR but after this and 17.4 I see considerable improvement in my rowing technique.

Front Squat 1RM

Knee pain made it difficult to maintain proper technique and depth, but I made it up to 194lbs before failing 204lbs. It's not even close to my 110kg (242,5lb) PR, but the best score logged on Wodify was 184lbs so it still showed up as a PR
