I'm sure you can do more than my minimal interpretation of your minimal goals. :)

I'm actually concerned that with my goal of "do each group of lifts 3 days a week, and either yoga or skateboarding a total of 3 days a week" will turn into "lifted the bar on each lift 3 days of the week, did one yoga pose 3 days of the week." I may need to go back and edit just so that I don't fall into that loophole. And my challenges tend to be long winded because I always have to specify "ok, I have to do this thing at at least this weight for this many sets and this many reps unless I'm injured in which case I have to..." blah blah blah. Because I'm a slacker and will take liberties and follow the literal requirements of the challenge rather than the spirit of the challenge.

Pulled the trigger on some Oly shoes off ebay.

 

Reebok crossfit lifter 2.0. Not excited about wearing shoes that say crossfit, but they are pink and I'm excited to wear them.

I have the reebok crossfit flats for deadlifting, and I say, if they are close enough to read crossfit on my shoes, then they are close enough for me to kick them in the teeth.
