Hey, it's hard coming up with titles! So anyone who saw my last challenge knows I injured an arm and got a long summer cold, so I had to scratch a few goals. This challenge I am aiming for a mix of fitness and lifestyle (last challenge I had branched off of fitness) Meditate twice a week. Arrive at work at least 3 min early Daily Duolingo Drink 60 oz of water a day Eat 5 servings of fruit/veggies daily 5 side planks each side WITH leg lifts Continue exploring new workouts Simplify - remove two items from house daily I'd really like to put a push up goal, but I don't want to re-injure my arm. Ok, so this is boring, but I wanted it up for the challenge start tomorrow. OH WAIT!
