Pretty much. Except for yesterday. Yesterday was weird. Not necessarily in a bad way, because I got stuff done, but i'm legit 95% peanut butter right now.

 

I didn't realize what time it was because I was playing Terraria and finally killed the big three bosses. It was fun, so no biggie. I am definitely taking a nap today though.

Sometimes we just need a rest day more for our minds than our bodies.  Enjoy the rest and frivolity, and then jump back on the workout train when you're refreshed!

Believe me, man, sometimes you just need to get some rest. Rest is how you get your adaptations. Do not do what we traditionally do as martial artists and train yourself into the ground. You don't have a shiai or a rival dojo that I know of, so don't do yourself that way. :D

I totally get what you're saying. I'm doing my best to get all the things done, and give myself a break once in a while. It takes a whole lot of practice. Who would have thunk? :P
