The rules are slightly different for capitalization in titles. Death by Squats is appropriate capitalization if Sam is treating the phrase as a title.

Yeah, that's what I realized after BBB's post. Tricky english, with it's exceptions...

Well, speaking as someone who has studied both as second languages, I found that while the German grammar is indeed more complicated, using it is easier when you have learned the rules. Most of the time, those rules are followed, with relatively few exceptions.

 

English, by comparison, has a handful of rules, and tons of exceptions.

 

Which one is easier? Hard for me to say, really.

Today was a rest day.  I felt like crap and I was incredibly hungry!  But.  The county fair is in town and we are about two miles away.

 

So.  Elk burger.  Pulled pork sandwich.  Not enough beans to count in MFP but they still charged $1.00 for them.  And.  Deep-fried cheesecake.

 

A little lighter on the evening.

 

I am feeling my hamstrings from those squats.  And yup.  I will be working out with DOMS tomorrow. :P

213 Carbs - Hopefully yesterday makes up for that.

Late to the party, but how did you lose your shirt? Crocodile attack?

The amount people charge for extras! I could grouse on about the extra $2 charge for guac or sour cream at my local mexican joint. Makes a man want to carry avocado around in his pocket.

2008.  Just like everybody else.  I got through it looking a lot prettier than a lot of people.  Did a whole list of things that were really, really stupid.  I'll get there later.  Maybe Friday or the weekend.

Day 2 at the Scott County Fair!  Ate a buffalo burger and pork chop on a stick.  Forgot ice cream.  Got distracted.  Mechanical Bull = FAIL.  Rock Climbing Wall = FAIL.

 

Week 5, Day 1.  So many sets!

 

2 Snatch Knee Pull + Snatch: 3x64, 3x74, 3x84, 3x94, 5x3x104 pounds

Hip Snatch: 5x3x94 pounds

Clean High Pull + Clean: 5x3x114 pounds - taking it easy on me.  This does not happen very often.

Jerks: 3x114, 3x134, 3x154, 3x174, 3x184 pounds

Front-Squats: 3x5x184 pounds

270 Carbs

140 Fat

180 Protein

You obviously don't eat enough. MFP probably thinks I'm trying to get on "My 600lb Life".  I have it set to sedentary, log no exercise, and eat all day, every day.

Week 5, Day 4 - Tod durch Kreuzheben

 

Too early on Saturday morning, but with so many appointments today, there was no choice.  It felt like life really sucked.

 

Deadlifts: 1x10x134, 1x10x224, 10x10x314 pounds

The second last set is taped.

 

Squats: 1x8x134, 1x8x184, 1x8x224, 1x8x234, 1x8x244 pounds
The last set is taped.  And this is what my squats look like when I'm really tired.

 

Incline Bench Press: 8x50, 8x55, 8x60 pounds

 

Back Extensions: 3x12

 

Single-arm Dumbbell Rows: 3x8x80 pounds

 

And ya.  I ate like I did 10x10 DL.  And I ate like it was my last day of freedom from Broki's Evil Soviet Gulag Meal Plan.  I will come up with a better name once I see it.

 

Conceding imminent defeat and an end to the bulking program, I went clothes shopping.  Time will tell if this was a big mistake.

 

But today I ate gloriously!  But logging in MFP I realized I could have totally set a record if I had the dessert nachos.  But I did round two instead of dessert.

Early morning lifting is hard, I don't know how people do those pre-work lifting sessions. OM NOM all the things before meal plan kicks in~
