My plan and progress for this Mini:
Masyaf: Completed. The pushup and plank were easy, so I ramped them up. 10 circuits in one day would have destroyed my legs. I don't know what it is about lunges, but my hamstrings hate them.
Pride Lands: I want to do all three! I'll test each one on Monday morning. I'm a beginner in parkour, but I've been working to strengthen my hip flexors with bear crawls and such. This should be right up there. And three exercises to add
