Quest 1: I would walk 500 miles Marathon training is still going on so goal is: - try to stay true to the plan (pushing trainings if necessary is okay) - on non-running days yoga for runners (30minutes) Quest 2: Tracking again Loosing some weight before the big run would be nice. So tracking again: - track food and drinks Quest 3: Chill Dude - 10 minutes meditation using the calm app per day Quest 4: That's what friends are for - spend an hour per day for nerd fitness (also posting...not just reading) All Quests are one point per day 75%+ at the end of the challenge is a success. I'd like to get an international marathon or half done at some point in the next few years. It's just so costly with the travel. I'm looking at hotels for the London marathon next year, so expensive! I'm sure I can walk it six hours! international marathoning is a good plan living in Europe as there as so many great cities to visit. I'm getting a lot of stuff done. That's good. Not focusing on what I eat but to track it is a good start of getting better control. So good too. Sports are going quite well, as well as is possible in this annoying (meaning hot and mostly humid) weather. I'm not able to follow my plan in all areas but I think it's better to listen to my body then to a plan (and since I already did half-marathon distance 3 times so far I think it's working). Still need to find a way to get back into the meditation focus. Problem is at times when I feel I could need it (like when I kinda fell bad on the way home at nights) I'm not able to do it and when I'm at a place where I can I don't fell the need anymore :/ Quest 1: I would walk 500 miles Note a real run because I forgot that today there was a football game near my running area. I go there by bike and normally just lock a backpack with clothes and some water near the track to my bike. But because of all the fans I wasn't sure if somebody might steal something and/or if the police would understand a backpack locked to a pole near a stadium so I quit after 2,5km...but I give myself the point anyway for trying my best!!!
