7/15-7/17 Weekend plus took a mental health day from work yesterday. (Couldn't find my wallet for almost an hour while getting ready for work couch had tried to eat it) and was so flustered I just took the dang day off).  Normal logging shall resume again tomorrow.

 

According to my scale I'm somewhere between 178 - 190 lbs on my weight (it's a really crappy scale, like the cheapest scale Walmart carries level of crappy), but my measurement around the midsection (belly button level, aka widest part of my gut) has dropped from 43" to 41" so that's an improvement.
