Yesterday's food was not that great (Omlette, Moes, Chinese), but I kept portions small.

No workout as I still had a house guest.

Climbing back on the wagon today.

Alright now, yesterday:

Veggie omlette for breakfast. 3 bups of coffee.

Lunch was indian food. I have no clue what the health total is for that. It was buffet style, and I avoided the fried stuff, but the sauces are wild cards. It was delicious though.

After work: Stew

Dinner: Leftover Chinese from the night before.

Workout: 20 minutes jogging. Amazing how off you can feel after missing a few days. Can't let that happen again.

Yesterday:

Omlette for breakfast.

Quizno's salad and wrop for lunch

Stew for afternoon snack.

Dinner was with a friend of mine I haven't seen in a while. This friend and I tend to drink. A lot. So dinner was a six pack of Sweetwater 420 pale ale. And a shepard's pie (she's also a good cook). Not healthy, but I haven't had beer in a long time and needed a break.

Workout was jogging, squats, pushups and lunges.

I could get into the overall success/failures of my challenge, and I'll crunch the numbers later, but for now, I'm just gonna go with this.

One of my friends/coworkers/former flings passed me in the hall this morning and said "Wow, you're looking skinny."

Calling that a win.
