I've struggled with keeping my nutrition in check for months now. If I can at least commit to a slow and steady bulk/recomposition I can hope to gradually reduce what remains of the bicycle tire around my midsection. Mostly Brain Buffs seem to come out of there. That add and the accompanying Reebok shenanigans was one of my earliest contributions to Ranger discussion last year. I've loved Reebok's marketing since they teamed up with CrossFit HQ to promote everyman fitness. At the risk of sounding like a mindless fanboy, they just dialed in the philosophy for me with #BeMoreHuman. Some devious Greek abused his moderator powers... but I'm not offended, so it can stay. Since I paid for their coaching plan last year, I still have access to all of ETP's hidden groups on Facebook and whatnot so the program definitely works. It just feels so bloody counter-intuitive to eat more food to lose weight in the long run. Building more muscle = more caloraic expenditure, so the science is sound but... well, I can't seem to live in 2200 calories right now anyways. Might as well build some muscle and keep killing it in the gym if I'm not dedicated to shredding the last of my tummy weight off. 2950 is such a more pleasant number for my love of chocolate and pizza!
