4 Rungs (1,2,3,4=10)

24 kg DB KB Clean/Press

24 kg DB KB Squats

24 kg DB KB Rows

24 kg DB KB Floor Press (Neg on the last one of each rung.)

 

24 kg DB KB Crunch 3x5 

 

Had the flu last week, so back to the grind stone. Thankfully not that nasty virus going around, but people are passing it around the house.

32 kg Clean/Press 1x1 (L/R) - It has been a while. Heavier than I that I remember they were! 😅

I think I am ready to start the 4th rung. Hopefully soon, trying to pay attention to how it feels.
