Starting off easy since I have been slacking off. Going to work on doing a bodyweight only program to change it up.

 

Hindu Push Ups 2x5

Squat Jumps 2x5

Ring Pull Ups 2x3

 

On a nerd not I got a Oculus Quest 2 and been playing Beat Saber and Pistol Whip a lot.  Doing like 20-30 min sessions. Getting geeky sweat on! lol

Did 6 laps around the track for the sprint workout. Didn't want to kill my legs again! lol

(Sprint the sides and jog the corners)

It sucks getting back into this after slacking off.
