Tried a new zombie app that sends you on missions while you run. Pretty cool, just stops your music for mission updates. You can even have zombie chasers if you drop in your pace. lol

Took a break on the bodyweight workout. Feeling pretty beat up today! lol

The zombies Run is pretty cool so far. I turned on the zombie chasers are a pain, but keeps you going.

Had the flu last week, so back to the grind stone. Thankfully not that nasty virus going around, but people are passing it around the house.
