3 laps Sprints (Jog ends and sprints on long sides - 6 Sprints)

1/2 mile walk cool down




Hindu Push Ups 3x10

Squat Jumps 3x10

Ring Pull Ups 3x5

Split Leg lunges 3x5(L/R)

Push Ups 3x12,12,10

Planks 2x60 sec
