Changing things up. Still fighting a lot of fatigue, so doing some bodyweight exercises. 


Hindu Push Ups 2x5

Squats 2x10

Tables 2x5 (My back doesn't stretch like it used too. Ouch)

Superman 2x15


I remembered bodyweight exercises used to be easy. Geesh


What a wake up call!
