Cut it short on exercises and reps because feeling low on energy. Live to fight another day! :)

Hope everyone else is doing well. My family and I are getting over some kind of cold. eeeehhhh

 

Mowed grass for about a hour. (Yep going to count it since it is a push mower! :) lol)

Well after I pulled my back right after I did the workout on the 11th. You never do it while you workout it is always doing something stupid like picking something up off the floor. I decided to separate my workout, so I don't push myself to hard at once. Yep feeling old this year.

 

Dividing my bodyweight and kettlebells in different workouts. Bodyweight doesn't seems to be as taxing on my body.

45 min 4-5 mph 4% incline on treadmill

5 min walk for cool down

Uncovering a grey water tank (Drainage issues, had to pump it out) lifting a big ole concrete lid. 

I am counting it, because it sucked! lol

This only doing workout at the first of the week is becoming at habit. Had stomach flu end of the week. I need to stop getting sick that is for sure. :(
