My first challenge! I almost missed it!

Hello fellow challenge starters! I can't believe I almost missed it. Here we go for my first four weeks, woot woot!


Darebee Workouts

Program : Foundation Light

Challenge : 30 Day Ab Challenge


Lifestyle Change :

Stop Smoking! (That's definitely bad for your health right?)


Dieting Lifestyle Change :

(Because who wants to think of it as a diet)

Cut out mountain dews. Drink water, drink milk, drink anything but those green drinks that you looooove so much.

Good to see you have started.

Smoking is definitely bad for health  but Dont cut it out  in one go. Try reducing like a cigarette a  day (or what ever according to how much you are into it, just make it countable so you can keep track of it).
