No Mo Low and Slow

My primary focus for this month is to increase the reps I do, while keeping the time the same.

Tonight (8/24/2016) I will measure the time, weight, and reps I do, and I will try to do 1/3 more reps (or one more set of each) in the same time by the end of the month.

I'd also like to increase my weight by 10 pounds in each exercise category.

 

Push-ups max: # full / # knee

Deadlift max: 0 lb/ 0 reps / 1 set

Bench press max: 0 lb/ 0 reps / 1 set

Incline press max: 0 lb/ 0 reps / 1 set

Lateral lift max: 0 lb/ 0 reps / 1 set

Curl max: 0 lb/ 0 reps / 1 set

Leg press max: 0 lb/ 0 reps / 1 set

Leg extension max: 0 lb/ 0 reps / 1 set

Glute machine max: 0 lb/ 0 reps / 1 set

Sit-ups max: #

Running time max: 00 seconds/ 00.00mph speed
