So bodyweight/ sandbag (sb) workout:

 

3 mins skipping to warm up,

 

Assisted pistols 5,5,5

15kg sb Squats 10,10,10

15kg sb TGU+ windmill 1,1,1

Dips 15kg sb in lap 5,5,5

Wall walk/handstand 1min,1min,1min

Push-ups  10,10,10

Plank 30s, 30s, 30s

Leg raises 5,5,5

 

Exercises done one after another, three times.

 

Push-ups only count when nose touches the ground.

Leg raises only count when hips leave the ground.

How you do anything, is how you do everything!

Haven't abandoned the cause, kept runs and workouts going!

 

Broke the screen of my phone (occupational hazard), had to wait till payday to get a new one, and then wasted time setting it up and figuring out which password was which.

 

Anyway today's bodyweight/ sandbag workout:

 

Warm up 3 mins skipping,

 

Assisted pistols 5,5,5

30kg SB Squats 8,8,8

15kg SB TGU+windmills 1,1,1

15kg SB(in lap) dips 8,8,9

Wall walk+ stand 1min, 1min, 1min

Push-ups 10,10,9

Leg raises 6,6,6

Plank 45sec, 45sec, 45sec.

Elevated push-ups: 10, 6, 6

Leg raises: 7, 6, 6

Plank: 45sec, 45sec, 45sec.

 

Pistols going well managed to do all negative reps unaided,

 

Elevated Push-ups feet on 300mm (approx 12inch) step.
