LondonIrishEwok Posted August 30, 2016 Author Report Share Posted August 30, 2016 So bodyweight/ sandbag (sb) workout: 3 mins skipping to warm up, Assisted pistols 5,5,5 15kg sb Squats 10,10,10 15kg sb TGU+ windmill 1,1,1 Dips 15kg sb in lap 5,5,5 Wall walk/handstand 1min,1min,1min Push-ups 10,10,10 Plank 30s, 30s, 30s Leg raises 5,5,5 Exercises done one after another, three times. Approx 3.5 km with 18 exercise stops spread around it. Did it with about a 4kg pack in 37 mins. Cycled home for a total of 5.5/6 kms Quote How you do anything, is how you do everything! Broke the screen of my phone (occupational hazard), had to wait till payday to get a new one, and then wasted time setting it up and figuring out which password was which. LondonIrishEwok Posted October 15, 2016 Author Report Share Posted October 15, 2016 Saturday: cycled down to Parkrun did the 5k in 27:21, then went around the Fitness Trail, skipped the first couple of stops (I was already warmed up so no need for stretches) so an additional 3.5k plus about 14 exercise stops/stations. (Everyday involves a minimum of 8 1/2 hours on my feet while wearing at least 7kg of tool-belt and tools.)
