I'm waiting on some test automation to finish so I can write some documentation. It's click a button and wait 10 minutes type work. So figured I'd check out how you did. Still amazed at how you make lifting look so easy when you are so close to your max. I think I need to widen my grip on the bench. And I agree, I either make it look silly easy, or I miss it. Not sure if I give up too easy or what. I'm surprised in watching this at how abrupt the failure is on the bench. Maybe a mental issue. Quote Warriors don't count reps and sets. They count tons. Probably won't workout til Wednesday morning... What? I missed you again?! It's funny... I was just thinking last week that I needed to ask if you were coming back through here again this year. Next time! Love the videos. I would never have noticed the finger thing, nor did I know that it was a rule. I wonder what the reasoning is for that particular requirement.
