Rooks...you just bored or something?

Haha... yeah.  I'm waiting on some test automation to finish so I can write some documentation.  It's click a button and wait 10 minutes type work.  So figured I'd check out how you did.  Still amazed at how you make lifting look so easy when you are so close to your max.

Bench #1:  https://youtu.be/QauqlxwB_7Q?t=3h3m50s

Bench #2:  https://youtu.be/QauqlxwB_7Q?t=3h21m38s

Bench #3:  https://youtu.be/QauqlxwB_7Q?t=3h35m34s

Deadlift #1:  https://youtu.be/QauqlxwB_7Q?t=4h35m20s

Deadlift #2:  https://youtu.be/QauqlxwB_7Q?t=4h44m40s

I thought the 2nd deadlift looked good, but I'm far from a judge.

Thanks for digging these out. I feel better about missing the squat now. FInger was definitely up.

Warriors don't count reps and sets. They count tons.

I think I need to widen my grip on the bench.  And I agree, I either make it look silly easy, or I miss it.  Not sure if I give up too easy or what.  I'm surprised in watching this at how abrupt the failure is on the bench.  Maybe a mental issue.

Off to Charlotte, NC last night.  all day customer meeting today, then to Tampa for a high level meeting tomorrow.  could not sleep last night.  should sleep like a log tonight.

Probably won't workout til Wednesday morning...

What? I missed you again?! It's funny... I was just thinking last week that I needed to ask if you were coming back through here again this year. Next time!

Love the videos. I would never have noticed the finger thing, nor did I know that it was a rule. I wonder what the reasoning is for that particular requirement.

I'll probably be back in by the end of the year.  I forgot you were in Charlotte.  Well I was sleep deprived anyway.  Yesterday I looked at my Southwest page and was surprised that I didn't have any flights booked.....that problem has been fixed now....

Nice. I think I got off easier than you. I just handed my son computer programming books and he taught himself. Now he works at Microsoft and I get the cool stuff from the  company store.
