I am a college student (for a few more months!). I have been trying to get my life where I want it to be. I have realized that a large part of that is being healthy. Before last week, I had been vegetarian for a year. I am still adapting to eating meat again, but I have decided to eat quasi-Paleo. I have been doing well so far.

Since last week, I have gained back a significant amount of muscle mass (I can do a pushup now!) and lost several pounds. I am feeling much better already.

I plan on starting strength training with some yoga for flexibility, and I just started the six week challenge.

I am excited to join the rebellion and meet its ranks!
