RedStone
Maybe? Which means probably not... It made a big difference for me, my elbows were twinging like crazy and it was effecting my bench and push-ups. Pinned down elbows are called chokui in kung fu and terrible for fighting lol but great for curls. Might be worth a try! Blocky
Depending on where the pain is (mine is on the inside of the elbow) - doing daily high rep sets of hammer curls at 5 - 20 pounds works great for me. 2 Quote Neutral Gargoyle Warrior with a dash of Ranger/Monk/Adventurer. Emerald_Dragonfly
Had something of a horrible very bad no good day today that involved a memorial service and a trip to the hospital (not for me, supporting a family member). Gymmed after that suckfest of suck. The husband went running immediately after, which helped to motivate me. The bed and a box of tissues looked awfully tempting... Pounds. Squats 2 x 5 at 45 1 x 5 at 95 1 x 5 at 110 1 x 5 at 120 1 x 5 at 135 Front squats with the arm-crossed thing cuz my shoulder mobility suuuuuuuuuuuuuuux 3 x 10 at 45 was supposed to do light deadlifts as accessory, but even after squats, I still felt stiff and abused, so I decided to listen to the old body and call it a night. Am okay with this - if I want to dead tomorrow, I can - the Palace of Gainz is open 24-7. Hey, @~RedStone~ - I wore my ZERO WEEK shirt, even though I am considering this the last workout of this challenge, and therefore not yet zero week for me until tomorrow. :-) Today's training was one of those days where I looked forward to getting through it so that I could post about it because I know you guys will be proud of me for gutting it out. All the hugs. Speaking of challenges...I plan to do a proper write up for this challenge tomorrow and then truck on over to the new threads. As for now: husband is cooking dinner, we are opening a bottle of red wine and settling down to watch the second Resident Evil, and the husband has promised a back massage - cuz that is the cure for horrible very bad no good days. 4 Quote ~Emerald_Dragonfly Level 13 Warrior Link to comment

Emerald_Dragonfly
Challenge Wrap Up: Goals: 1. Finish the HomeGym Training Studio aka PALACE OF GAINZ. Post pics to share my excitement. 2. Track all the food while sticking to 1780 cal/day. I am okay with 100 cal deviation either way as long as a good faith effort is made. 3. Deal with the people at the gym until my space is finished and trainable. Palace of Gainz is finished in all structural ways. My side of the building is finished, trimmed out, and usable. Walls, floor, lights are up. Weights and equipment (cage, bench) are assembled and installed. So goal #1 is MET. I shared some pics, will share more as the secondary stuff gets put together (fan installed, pictures hung, etc.) We also got 1 lb collars (thanks @Grymm) and small plates (1.25, 2.5, 5) to round out the set - so now I can stick to my plan. Tracked all the food. Every bite. Daily average calories for this challenge was 1,863. That falls within the 100 cal allowance. Minimum was 1554 and maximum was (gulp) 2559 (darn gourmet chocolates and restaurant fajitas!). Neither of those fall within the allowance, however I am still saying that overall, I met the goal this cycle. I will make an effort to stick closer to 1780 next cycle...I think that consistency was a little loose this go round. Although not a challenge goal per se, I am down 6.8 pounds on the scale this challenge. I hope that it is all fat, but my struggles with the bar lead me to believe that some of it is muscle. Goal #3 - who cares? It's done. Over. Kaput. But yeah, I met that goal, too. Off to start a new challenge, cuz it's zero week (ZERO WEEK!) 4 Quote ~Emerald_Dragonfly Level 13 Warrior Link to comment
