spezzy
don't know what's up with me today, but i slept till 12:30 (going to bed at midnight). Did make it to the gym, hit my bench numbers (160 for 4x4). Then went to do light deadlifts and felt pain in my knee so stopped, not worth it. So finished out the day with dumbbell bench, ohp, chest, and abz. 2 Quote Current Challenge - Instagram “There's only one rule that I know of, babies—God damn it, you've got to be kind.” Link to comment

turboseize
Accumulated fatigue? (Not necessarily sleep deprivation, but also training load and everyday stress alike.) I do not find that so uncommon. Every few months or so, I find myself sleeping through most of a weekend. (I aim for and usually get 8hours of sleep a night, so while sleep deprivation might happen occasionally during a mission or when something goes severly wrong on my weekend commute, it is very rare...) Anyway, after these "sleepy" weekends athletic performance and mood usually drastically improve in the following week, so I guess they are somewhat needed when they happen. Sometimes I think your body just needs a little recharging. Quote forty-seven: Raxie and the Joining of Unlike Things << previous challenges >> >> instagram || goodreads << Link to comment
