I decided in the morning after I made myself breakfast to "pack" my lunch (usually dinner leftovers) but it was in a proper lunch sack and I set an alarm for lunch. when it went off I took a break to "prepare" my lunch. I do end up often eating it in front of my computer continuing to work but at least I'm eating. still have boys that live at home and pick them up from school so I put a box of protein bars in the car and when I leave to get them (usually 3 hours after lunch) I have one. dinners not a problems since the children also need to be fed (and sometimes the husband...). hope you've come up with a plan to put some food structure in your day!
