Hey,

 

this time I will do ONE goal. I will do my TRE circle or fascial release at least on 6 days a week but for 7 times.

 

There will be side goals for every week and there will be a nutrition goal.

 

Week 0: Nail job Interview tomorrow. Report in and set a week goal. Might be CF =)

Week 1: Starts with 2 days off.

Week 2: We'll see

Week 3: Already mid of November...

Week 4: We'll see

Thanks. Although I was rather not so fearless last night.

I did sleep and it was just a little bit of fear.

 

The interview went good. They talked a lot about the high number of applicants...

Now I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks.

 

 

That leaves me with finding a side task for this week.

Since I feel sick again this will be taking better care of myself!

Thanks! A lot better, but not completely well. There is still a piece to solve healthwise

 

Week 0 report: 6 circuits on 6 days. 2 hours left, so no worries there.

Plan for Week 1 will be to find 3 breakfast meals I can cycle that I can digest well.

The glutenfree bread has about 50 ingredients. Way to much.

Yes corn is ohne of the 3 Things I can Digest well enough to Do so.

Corn Bread Sounds delicious! I Need to check some more recipes There.

 

Had a Long Weekend and by now i am doing fine.

Week 1 Report:

  • Did the circuit 5 times on 5 days. I feel relaxed and different afterwards. In a positive way.
  • I managed to get 1 breakfast porridge ready. Now I have 3 meals to rotate: Millet, corn and amaranth.

I feel better! And I got drunk Saturday night. Much fun, no hangover. I am changing!

 

Week 2:

  • Do the circuit daily
  • Find ways to make porridge faster!
  • Enjoy conference on Thursday
  • Like 3

Good work on Week One!

I don't know how porridge works, per se, but steel cut oats can be made overnight in a crock pot -- is this an option for you?

Status update:

 

I'm getting some consistency in my TRE practice. 6 of 7 for the last 2 weeks. There is some change, but I hoped for more. Now its my task not to pull myself down with that =)

I noticed that I experience anxiety the 2 days after drinking. Its weird, but maybe I just got more sensitive here.

 

Foodwise I am doing ok. Breakfast is stull a struggle, but no gluten seems to be good for me.

 

Week 4 attack plan:

 

TRE circle daily

30 mins mindfulness meditation daily
