Draegon (Liam P Boyle)
Gotta recommend Yoga with Adrien to you! I started with her videos a year ago (I've been doing yoga for one year three months now, woah) and her videos are perfect for learning the postures and doing gentle yoga in an easy pace. Give it a try; she has a couple of programmes (30 days of yoga, Yoga Camp) that are awesome! And she's very real, it's fun to follow her videos [emoji3] I second the Yoga with Adrien as she's behind "Yoga for Hangovers" and "Yoga for Couch Potatoes" Sent from the dragon's lair 3 Quote Race: Dragonborn Class: Druid/Monk The Journey to Force Mastery: #1 #2 #3 #4 #5 __ The Legend The Struggle My MFP Profile My Strava Profile Link to comment

Hyrulian Yogi
Yes ''Yoga With Adrienne'' is a great channel with lots of different videos with different vibes. You get everything from ''weight loss'' yoga and more grounding flows. It's lovely. 1 Quote ''Do no harm, take no shit.'' Battle Log | Challenges 1 2 Link to comment

Snarkyfishguts
Yesterday, I resumed my war against the back yard. The swale is finally clear! I wore better gloves, but I still got some scratches and poison ivy where my shirt met the gloves. I also feel sick today from pushing myself too hard, but honestly, if I could go back, I'd do it the same way. Plus, by the end of the day, I could do a full squat and work. I was totally geeked about that. I know that I'm obsessed with the yard, but it's healing work for me. Cutting away hurtful things and throwing them over a ledge feels empowering. And yes, the space is empty afterwards, and kinda raw looking with the roots being dug out and all, but it's able to be what it's meant to be, and after the heavy rain today, I feel good about it. My yoga tshirt came! It is skin tight!! Too tight to wear even at home, but I love it! It's going to become a marker of success in my weight loss journey. We'll celebrate when it fits! I hope you have a wonderful day. I'm going to take a nap and then later....nap some more!! 9 Quote Link to comment

Snarkyfishguts
The poison ivy has Blistered. and is ITCHY. also, I have injured my foot somehow. I have full range of motion, but it feels like I have a massive bruise in the top, and is sore when I wiggle my toes. Yoga felt both good and horrible. stretching out the sore bits, and new sore bits popping up. strengthening exercises were hard. I'm feeling a little bummed out. I think this calls for the Big Guns-reading a book in a hot bath. Tomorrow will be better. 5 Quote Link to comment

Snarkyfishguts
Today is a rest day. My foot still hurts, and I found more poison ivy spots on my body. I felt tired. yeah, like italicized font tired. I slept for two hours this afternoon, which usually doesn't happen until ...wait. wait. oh. Shark Week approaches. well, now that I figured THAT out, lets get back to Rexy SLAP FIGHT! Can you believe it's the beginning of November already? Where did this year go? Yeah, I know what happened this year. In my planner I wrote "Forgive myself and move on" a few months ago, and it was pretty wonderful to open the book and see that. Past Me totally knows I go into a "List All the things you didn't do and then feel shitty about it" place when November hits. So, instead of ruminating, I am going to finish knitting this hat, get some laundry done, stretch my legs, and put off major decision making for a week. Oooh and this scarf. I'm gonna knit that too!! 7 Quote Link to comment
