I'm really trying to avoid thinking of exercise as a punishment. I've found things that I enjoy doing so it's something that I "get" to do instead of something that I "have" to do. I'm not totally there yet, but I've made progress. Oh and yes I enjoyed it, well except the donut after about half. I loved my morning pizza! More like a consequence of the poor eating choices.
