Brother Genitivi's instructions took us all over the place and we got lost a few times. Had some set backs but we are determined to move forward.

 

Total slackage but I'm ok with it since last week was a shit show. No weekly review but let's say I did ok.

I know you aren't happy with you food yesterday but MAN that sounds delicious!  Hope you at least enjoyed every bite! 

Great that you went to the gym.  Looks like a fantastic workout.

 

Also, I am realizing that if I call something pizza I automatically want to eat it. :). I'm going to try to come up with some vegetable based "pizza" recipes.

I agree that the food sounds awesome so I hope you enjoyed it at least. I'm glad you enjoyed your workout once you got there. I'm really trying to avoid thinking of exercise as a punishment. I've found things that I enjoy doing so it's something that I "get" to do instead of something that I "have" to do. I'm not totally there yet, but I've made progress. It's really amazing the difference a change in words can make.

I'm more unhappy with the fact that I gave into the easy solution not so much the actual massive calorie intake lol. Oh and yes I enjoyed it, well except the donut after about half. 

 

I loved my morning pizza! I had to cut the dough in half in order for it to fit in my toaster oven but it worked and was super tasty.

Right, I was trying really hard to not think of the exercise as a punishment because it really wasn't. More like a consequence of the poor eating choices. 

 

Keep working on the mindset and you will be there in no time. :)
