It has alot to do with my recent gain in weight - which I'm pretty sure is cause I stopped doing kettlebells cold turnkey and didn't adjust diet as much as I should've  ... so yeah good times here! X_x

"Doing everything right" healthy weight, relatively healthy diet, exercising DAILY pretty much the OPPOSITE of the stereotypical T2 diabetic and yet dealing with abnormal blood sugars and my TG and LDL are up (not in danger zone yet (ldl is close) but higher than last year when I had taken 2 months off and was eating garbage) and my HDL is down a little . 90%+ of the advice for diabetics is "lose weight, move more" doesn't really apply to me. 5 foot 10 female 150lbs. Working on building muscle and cutting carbs but kind of frustrated/discouraged/confused that I decided to lose weight (down 28 lbs from heaviest) and get in shape but my "health numbers" are worse.

I would keep in touch with your doctor, and keep in mind that just because something is healthy doesn't mean it isn't a sugar bomb. Unhealthy foods may not spike the numbers the way some healthy foods do, but that doesn't mean that losing weight was a waste. <3

I am with you on working out consistently. I'll be doing my routine in the mornings, so I will check back here and stay accountable if that's encouraging for you. :-) I know that the scouts were always a small group, but without our more talkative members it sure feels lonely around here.

We're moving / relocating to there - we've both lived in Georgia for all our lives and since we sold our house last we decided to move away.

That phrase comes from when my wife and I had to do 12 miles and it was POURING out ... we ended up doing it on the treadmill which had a 60 minute limit, so the dreadmill stopped and we had to restart it ... ugh
