Lunch: Sweet & Sour Pork w/ Lo Mein

Dinner: Cantonese ginger chicken w/ mashed pickled ginger and rice

1 glass of skim milk

28-Day Challenge Update:

Lose 10 lbs - I apparently didn't do as bad as I thought with my eating over the weekend. For fairness' sake, I'll call 256.6 lbs my starting weight for the challenge.

Bench 225 lbs./Deadlift 200 lbs. - I made some real progress in the gym today. Hopefully I can keep it up.
