I'm a 55 year old teacher and former high school soccer coach.  I found this website after listening a podcast which featured the founder of Nerd Fitness.  I'm primarily a mountain biker but want to become more consistent with training off the bike.  Hopefully, this site will keep me motivated to stay on a regular workout program.  As of today, I completed my 3rd advanced bodyweight circuit this week so I guess it's working.  I usually only get 1-2 workouts done in a week.  If there are any other mountain bikers out there, I would like to hear from you.
