So... I'm new here...

I'm a 23 year old wannabe writer and, occasional, voice actor living in Wales (See the title? That's a little bit of Welsh for you) and I've recently been looking to change my life.

I started going to the gym regularly about nine months ago and I've begun to see some results. I wasn't exactly sedentary before then but certainly more inactive than was appropriate. I've also stopped smoking since December 19th 2011 and hope to continue on that line!

I've been training with a friend of mine on a split program (Chest/Triceps - Day 1, Back/Biceps - Day 2, Legs - Day 3, Shoulders - Day 4) and am now looking for some different styles of workout. The NF blog has been a great resource for the last week or two reading through the archive and now I hope to follow some of the advice on training and on diet.

I'm currently about 6'2" and weigh roughly 150lbs. Ideally I'd like to put on some more muscle weight in the next few months and, hopefully, really get on with some of my writing which I've let slide for a little while.
