@zeroh13 when I went to the spreadsheet just now, your column for dares completed was blank (there were only your extra credit dares). I copied the EC number into your dares completed, but that might miss some. ...make a best guess if you aren't sure.

 

Not sure what happened there. Hope I didn't mess anything up by filling in the blank space.

That is weird. But that's okay. I only completed one without EC, so it's pretty easy to figure out my count.

Squat hold side bends done, but I really wasn't feeling pushing for EC last night. Done in 3 sets.

I found the squat hold side bends surprisingly easy. They sure didn't look easy ;) I didn't even want to try. My thighs did get a little bit burny towards 40 but nothing too bad. I'm going to chalk it up to having lost so much weight this year. Shifting my body around is just so much easier than it used to be.

 

 Calf raise hold was a piece of cake.

Calf raises with EC. Think I could have done a lot more than a minute.

 

Not sure if I'll get today's punches in though, depends if I get home before midnight!

The scissors went fine but the stupid one arm plank jumps were horrid and I could not do more than a couple at a go (without falling over) so no ec for that

I think darebee hates me. On the other hand at least I now know that I can now do 20 push-ups to one armed planky things.

The last time I tested my push-ups I could only get 14.

Woot thanks!! It was a welcome bit of movement over a relatively sedentary Christmas. I was able to stay pretty consistent although i did hate a couple.

 

No ec with the lunges today. yesterday was leg day no no no.

Tomorrow is our last day.

 

I have a lot of travel in the next month, so I'm going to take a break from the PvP. If others are interested in doing it, can one of you set up a new thread? If you need help, let me know, I can set up a thread, but I probably won't participate. If you want to run it, it helps to drop a message or two in the Ranger Tent (...would be good to visit other guilds too, I just never got around to it).

 

The seated twists weren't bad at all. I remember from previous challenges that the staggered pushups are hard for me, but I'll do my best.

DD over Christmas drowned in visitors, strange hours, study, and food. However, I would love to continue next year! 

 

If we can use the spreadsheet again, I don't mind setting it up with a couple others? @zeroh13 @jonfirestar @Jarric

Or if someone else wants to set up, I'd be happy to take the word to the different guilds

Certainly happy to help out! I'm happy to setup the thread and recreate the spreadsheet or join the promotion team if someone beats me to it ;)

 

I'll admit I looked at the staggered pushups today and just said no. :D I'm still getting nightmares about doing those stupid up down plank things last week.

I'm sorry to hear (read?) about the accident. Do they have an estimation as to when you will be walking around again?
