[Luciana Valerosa Culming] It's strange - Maybe

I'm a little late, it would be good, if I could alter time a little, too. ^^

[I was searching for another picture, but somehow everything seems to be on pinterest nowadays. sigh]

 

During Zero week I continued doing my stuff. I decided to keep similar goals for this challenge, because it will already be hard to stick with my plan because of the holidays.

 

New Goals:

1. Yoga

I'm participating in the NF Yoga challenge. So at least ten minutes of Yoga every day. Usually I'm doing some sun salutations.

 

2. Study

I almost finished my stuff. So I can't go for a word count. So let's try to get the prove reading done and add the pictures this week. I'm aiming for 10 hours a week until December the 20th.

 

3. Meditation

I plan to read a new meditation book and do the exercises in there.

 

4. Art

Draw some christmas cards. You don't want to end all grumpy and lonely.

YAY new challenge! I'm doing the yoga thing too :) yoga buddies!!! Really nice challenge to have this time of year. Can't wait to see the cards and any and all art coming up!! :D Following obvs :P

Gah, I want more sleep. At least I'm getting a lot of stuff done. But during the christmas holidays I just want to eat and sleep a lot.

One of these days there really should be a sleep mini challenge! Log in hours to complete the sleep marathon lol. ALL THE HIBERNATION PLS!!! I'm so it.

I decided to take a day off. Only Yoga and a short meditation. So there was no study or art done. I'm just going to bed early.

Gosh, I got a little distracted. Now I'm back on track. I did all my dailies and finally cleaned the drive way.

 

We watched the new Star Wars Movie on Thursday. I liked it better than the last one. Just the ending was a little too melodramatic in my opinion.

Not to give any spoilers, but I feel like by halfway through the movie you knew how it had to end. But yeah, I think with some of the ending shots it was a little more extra stuff than needed. 

 

I now am wanting to do a binge watch of 4,5 & 6. might happen this weekend.

Ok, that's it. I'm going to abbendon this challenge and start over in January. I've been ill quite a few times already the last two months and neglected my training because of this and now I even caught a nasty stomach bug. I'm going to rest and reevaluate. I'm pretty sure I'll find the answer in my current diet. See you next year.

 

Sorry I haven't been active this challenge. Somehow I've been really stressed out by christmas preperation, university stuff and housework. Gosh... I hate the holidays a little.

Rather than abandon it, why not reframe it as bouncing back from training setbacks and developing a plan for recovery?  Sometimes life throws a lot of stuff at us, and it's good to have some practice at rolling with it and coming out on top.  So shift to a rest and recovery challenge.

Echoing. This is totally a thing. Things change, circumstances change, and if a challenge no longer works, it's okay to change it.

Hugging you for stresses!!! It's such a crap shoot with the holidays. One year is carefree cheer, then next is the weight of the world on your shoulders. And nothing about being sick throughout is fun. I HOPE YOU GET AS MUCH REST AS YOU CAN, I HOPE YOU GET AS MUCH HELP AS YOU NEED. Here for you when you're not feeling under the weather (which will hopefully be soon!!)
