I was never a fan of driving to begin with but after being hit by a deer on Thanksgiving and getting rear ended on a major highway two weeks later, now I HATE driving. But I'm not stopping! A little muscle strain whiplash just kept me from going to the gym last week. I just gotta keep close watch on my neck and see my chiropractor before going all out. It's not too bad for biking, except in terms of getting to and from work. Honestly, I'm afraid of biking on roads with cars though!! I hope your neck is feeling better.
