Day 11 Projection

 

Today I am going to do as little as possible so I can join TH in a video game coma. He is playing Football Manager and I am playing Assassins Creed. It's pretty romantic, we sit next to each other on the sofa and completely ignore each other <3 

 

But first I need to workout because if I leave it until later I will resent it and I don't want to resent it, I want to enjoy it. It's day 10 on the cards today which involves 5x 10 second sprints. This is unfortunate since i only have two sports bras up to the job of appropriately dealing with my massive bazoombas and they're both in the laundry pile so my sprints will have to be with me holding on to my chest. I don't know why I went for style over substance with my other sports bras. I do not have that luxury. Today's workout will be an experience.

Day 12 Write Up

 

Yesterday didn't quite go as planned since my uterus is waging some sort of war. I lost my appetite too but I was very hungry still which made it easier to make good choices. Not that I think it mattered since I couldn't actually keep anything down. We had a lot of people randomly show up to the house to do work on it which I could have done without but it's done now. I didn't move much from the sofa but I did finish Assassins Creed Revelations. Now I am just replaying the missions for 100% Sync and achievement farming but hopefully I can start the next game in the next couple of days.

 

I just had fruit for breakfast and a salad for lunch. I was craving salty foods for dinner so I switched out the chicken pasta I had planned for chicken baked with Nandos sauce and homemade chips and I think the salt did me good. I ate 7 portions of freggies and drank 8 glasses of water but I don't actually know how much of that counts as staying in my system. I kept up my end of the bargain though so I am taking the win. I did the Daily Dare (very begrudgingly) but I moved yesterdays workout to further in the week. I do not have that luxury today, I have to do a workout today so hopefully my body complies. There is a dusting of snow outside which is infuriating the cat - she is just sitting by the french doors complaining like she does when it's raining so there will be very little peace today. I don't know why she cares - she's a housecat.

Day Eleven Song Challenge - Your Favourite Love Song 

 

I have thought long and hard about this and I have come to the conclusion that I hate every song about love unless it is about unrequited love, infatuation, somebody dies, the love has gone, or sex. I could post a million and one songs about all those. This is a good one: 

 

 

But I guess you could argue this is infatuation rather than good, healthy love. I guess I don't find nice, well adjusted love interesting. Love is great, of course it is. Nobody needs to write a song about it, it's one of life's incontrovertible truths. 

 

This one is the best I can come up with. And even then, the world is ending. 

 

 

Maybe someone else will post a song to remind me of a love song I actually like.
