As 927589452 steps into this new year, he will have to fight many opponents.

 

This is the place to follows him along.

 

He knows his two big foes, which are the Summer at the Lakes and Pools and his degree,

but as any big hero, he has to conquer them step by step.

 

Therefore he has to

 

Fitness

  • do his BW Workout or Yoga on 4 of 7 Days
  • he has to have no break longer than 1 Day between Training

Health

  • have a self cooked meal for Lunch on 3 of 5 work days

Fight

  • do at least two full kata

Science:

  • read at least 30 pages of scientific papers or scripts
  • write at least 1 page of scientific paper (control at https://github.com/927578452 )

 

each week.

 

And he storms into battle...

1st Entry

 

After he just started his journey he already made the first Progress

He did

Fitness

  • his Yoga today and even found time for a contemplating meditation

Health

  • not work today,
  • but still managed to have some fine food made by himself

Fight

  • not have the oportunity for his kata, but is sure tomorrow they will be done

Science

  • only read a few pages, but
  • made his code compile

Now our hero has to rest, so he can charge with more power in the coming days.

2nd Entry

 

One day into the journey he made another step forward.

He did

Fitness

  • his Bodyweight exercises topped with some yoga to cool down
  • started a two day training streak

Health

  • no work today,
  • but tomorrows meal is prepped
  • and he ate fine homemade food

Fight

  • did repeat his old kata as the best he could remember them,
  • but will contact his old teacher

Science

  • read several pages and
  • added 200 lines of code

The hero will will finish some more work, so he can start fresh into his new challenges tomorrow.

3rd Entry

 

He traveled for 3 Days now and sees an oponnent he has to slay.

He did

Fitness

  • his yoga and again enhanced it with meditation
  • a three day combo

Healthj

  • had some nice high protein sandwiches at work
  • and prepped tomorrows food already

Fight

  • did send a messenger to his old teacher and is awaiting an answer

Science

  • translated much to his native tonge
  • and already put out one page of content

927589452 will fight some more to night, as his oponnent has to be slain by monday.

4rth Entry

 

On the forth day of his journey our hero starts to wonder , where this road will take him, as his muscles hurt and he did not make as much progress as he planned.

He did

Fitness

  • his workout and enhanced it with a daily dare, yoga and meditation
  • the 4th day in a row, he sees the 15day dare already

Healthj

  • had some delicous meat with beans
  • and prepped burgers and salad for tomoroow

Fight

  • not do anything of worth for this target

Science

  • did not make as much as he wanted

He will try to remediate the last problem now, and afterwoods crawl into his cave, so he can fight tomorrows problems.

I like the daily, practice-like approach to your training. This is good. Even yoga can be useful as a thing that you do to keep you well. It'll keep you up and practicing even when you're sick and such. :)

 

So, what martial arts do you do?

and it s going to give me more flexibility/ control to wiggle out of locks.

Our hero is very tired today, as he did not crawl into his cave early enough.

He did

Fitness

  • his yoga and meditated after napping in corpse pose
  • the 5th day streak

Health

  • ate way too much Burger
    • and prepped some leftovers for tomorrow

Fight

  • not do anything of worth for this target

Science

  • did start several language courses,
  • but nothing worth mentioning in math

He will crawl into his cave in a few minutes.

92758945 is disappointed with him self today.

  • some snow shoveling too
  • continue his streak to a 6th day

Health

  • have homemade leftovers for Lunch

  • not do anything of worth for this target

Science

  • continue the language courses,
  • some research
  • and a little bit on his text

He will try to get much sleep to night, as he is staged for the preboss fight tomorrow

After not being able to prioritize his logging, 927589452 will ow tell you what dd happen.

ADDENDUM

Week 0

7th Entry

 

92758945 trained with an old Friend and after seeing that he would be able to slay his foe,

they sat around and drunk quite a bit while praising old times

Before that he did

Fitness

  • yoga
  • to get him self 7 day streak

Health

  • have some lovely home made food

Fight

  • not do anything of worth for this target

Science

  • continue the language courses,
  • test his talk with a friend

They stayed up late celebrating ye old days

 

Week 1

1st Entry

 

Though his night was short he went to finish his preparation for the big fight, which is not even two hours from now

He did

Fitness

  • his planned yoga session
  • and continued the 8th day of uninterupted training

Health

  • made some really nice chilli Pizza
  • and had leftovers for today

Fight

  • not do anything of worth for this target

Science

  • continue the language courses,
  • finished his translation
  • and finished his handout
  • though a few proofs are still spotty

It took some time and prepared until the night was almost half done

yes they are,

i will have to find a few videos on my old katas to get back into them i fear,

and it just was not as much of a priority as this talk.

2nd Entry

 

After slaying the Enemy today,  what is left to do is eating his heart and take trophys.

But at the far horizon, they are standing the giants, which still need to be killed.

He did

Fitness

  • his workout
  • some yoga afterwoods
  • and continued the 9th day of uninterupted training

Health

  • had some really nice chilli Pizza
  • and prepped chicken for tomorrow

Fight

  • not do anything of worth for this target

Science

  • continue the language courses
  • and had his talk

It seems he will be able to go to sleep early and with a feeling of accomplishment

You can't post about having home cooked meals and NOT share recipes.  It's like, law of the Monastery.

Nice challenge over all!  Though the thought of writing a science paper in a month is crazy to me.  Unless you have all the data and results charted and ready to just be expounded upon.  But even then.  Ugh.  (I remember my thesis writing days a bit too well.)
