After beeing put down by his Doc, he respawns to fight another day.

  • some reduced yoga and meditation afterwoods

Health

  • have some homemade food
  • and packed homemade stuff for tomorrow

Fight

  • nothing worth of the target

Science

  • his language courses
  • some coding

and not much more

In the previous week he was not allowed to work or train because he was sick, but now he seems to be almost completly healthy

  • to go into the first day of Sport of a hopefully long run this time

  • and packed homemade stuffed pitas for tomorrow

Sorry for your loss, man. :( That is something that is worth drinking after.

 

Also, hey, you did a good job on this challenge. You did a lot of health and fitness type stuff, which means you've set up good ground for martial arts. Of course, now comes the part where you have to do that stuff.

 

What does the new challenge look like going forward? Are you changing anything up, or are you doing the same thing?

I will mostly stick to the same, but have slight alterations ( see next post)

After a small break and a half slain foe, he readies him self again.

 

Therefore he has to

 

Fitness

  • do his BW Workout or Yoga on 4 of 7 Days
  • he has to have no break longer than 1 Day between Training

Health

  • have a home cooked meal on 5 of 7 days

Fight

  • do at least two full kata

Science:

  • read at least 21 pages of scientific papers or scripts each week
  • write at least 5 pages of scientific paper (control at https://github.com/927578452 ) each week

 

And again he storms into battle...
