Recap: Sprained my ankle the week of Thanksgiving, then got sick, and by the time I was ready to lift again, the full chaos of December hit and I just didn't have any time. I think it's been 6 weeks since I've lifted at this point, which will be remedied once the Wee Berries go back to school. Everything was great on the food front throughout the holidays, which means I'm not starting from behind there - just trying to tweak. Goal 1: Food Rely a little less on (delicious blended) protein shakes and a little more on real food. They're too easy/convenient, and I'm lazy, and I need to be less lazy. Eggs are cheap and relatively easy protein, so finding new and interesting ways to make them will be my focus. Goal 2: Movement Start lifting again (yay!). 3x/week might be a little too much in the schedule at first, so I'm going to say 2-3x/week to allow for figuring things out. Goal 3: Sleep I haven't been great about getting to bed at a reasonable hour recently. I fell like lifting will naturally help with this, but I want to set a goal for some accountability.
