Some of which I think the support of the NF community can help me with Losing some weight (enter nutrition and cardio), keeping on lifting heavy, and getting better at yoga just to name a few that will be the focus of this challenge. also, I’m on season 4 of Alias so. Goal 1. Nutrition Make at least one fun recipe each weekend. this should help me get back to the habit of cooking on the weekends. i love going out to a good restaurant and cook/prep my meals monday-friday but the weekend hits and all i want is GF pizza or pho or brunch. Pack more snacks to work and eat before any work goodies. if i make a conscious effort to eat all of my packed snacks before diving into the candy jar or whatever daily goodies work has provided that day, then maybe i'll be full enough to say no. Goal 2. Cardio 10 cardio sessions. 2-3/week. running, zumba, hiit, whatevs. Goal 3. Weights 12 weight-lifting sessions, 3/week. keep doing what i love. Goal 4. SO was sick all day and was in and out of sleep/bathroom until around 6pm. so I did: washed and folded laundry cooked up some steak in the pressure cooker with coffee and Mexican spices cooked and portioned the egg casserole ordered myself a pizza ate most of pizza finished Glitch on Netflix (total cliffhanger ass holes!) Monday went to gym, see details in previous thread: went grocery shopping at two stores ate pho watched Mulan with friends ate leftover pho and watched the xmas special of Sense8 – that show is so bomb and intense and fun and emotional. yeesh.
