Somehow it reminded me of the Zombie Apokalypse in movies and the book "I'm legend". So I'll start this year with a Zombie themed challenge. At least I'm feeling better, because I was able to sleep a lot when we drove from Bremen back to the South of Germany. Now I'm feeling awake, but my nose is still running and sometimes I cough. That's why I didn't include any exercise goals this challenge. I want to focus on getting healthy again. Today I was able to follow my set goals, so I guess I'll be fine the next few weeks. If I get well until the end of the challenge, I'll even reinstall zombies run and try out a new route. But for now, I avoid going outside. But maybe I should get outside tomorrow. We don't have much food in the house at the moment. And I felt less dizzy then yesterday. I haven't played it for a year, so I was a little suprised. 1pt 1pt 3) Get your stuff done and don't give in the letargy - only studied for one hour again. Damn. The rest of the week I have to do better. But one hour is still better than nothing. I'm super exhausted and only managed to do stuff, because of the medcine I took. Usually I try not to use stuff, that's just blocking the symphtoms, but I needed to get functioning for this presentation. I won't take anymore before going to sleep, but again in the morning, before holding the presentation. I totally forgot about this thing. That's why I have to get my timemanagement and so on in controle. At least my co-student liked what I prepared and was really glad, that I prepared the whole topic. He's going to prepare the Slides now, so I can go to sleep early. THat's a relive. I was planing with this, that's why I prepared the topic detailed enough for us both. I just didn't guess, he would give in so easily and do the slides alone. *win* Perhaps I roled a critical success. ^^ Tomorrow I'm going to sign the contract for a mini-job (it's only one day of counting books at a book store, but better then nothing) and get some errands done - I already have to go to the city, it would be a waste to not get stuff done there. Then I'm going to head back home and continue with my other study goal. Or Im going to sleep early again. That really blew my motivation. So I stoped after a few hours and got some more rest. *sigh* Which was a good thing, because at night my cough was keeping me awake again. I guess I sat here more than two hours, but later I wasn't really productive anymore, so I'll only count two of them.) Score for the week 8 hours! (Goal was 15) To Do List: None. Luciana Valerosa Culming Posted January 15, 2017 Author Report Share Posted January 15, 2017 Summary week one So I didn't meet my goals. I still got a lot of stuff done, but I wasn't that productive during study time and I should have tried to at least get 2 hours a day instead of one. Drinking enough went well most of the week. Once I totally forgot to water my "plant nanny". I know, I got more then three litres on the rest days, too. But I should remember to log my stuff. I'm also using Habitica for my to-Do-Lists. Usually I chose five goals for the day and try to include some housework and stuff I haven't been doing for a while. But first I always try to take care of most of my goals. That's why I don't get any extra ammo, when I didn't get any studing done for example. I didn't meet my me-time goal, because I didn't do any meditation and I also didn't read much in Wyrd sisters. Both activities would have given me more points then what I did. Still I enjoyed this week and I hope next week I'll have a little more energy. I'm feeling a little better now and I guess I'm not contagious anymore after ten days. But I still have this nasty cough, which is starting to hurt. The cough medcine I started taking on Wednesday, helped to get rid of some of the muccus. But I shouldn't continue to take that after four to five days, so I'm going to stop taking medicine and see, how I feel then. And I'm going to try get an appointment with my doctor. He said, I shouldn't drag my colds on too long anymore and see him after a week. In the past I've had some stuff for two to four weeks, because I just don't get enough rest. That's why I try to avoid crutches, because they just make me ignore the cold more until it gets worse again the next day. On Tuesday and Friday I walked to the station and back home. It still cost me a lot of energy, so I didn't do any exercise this week. I think I only did my Tibetans once. When I get rid of my cold, I'll add a exercise goal. And I hope I can sleep better next week. That was also influenzing my energy level.
