Day 20 - Another Clean Sweep

Finished week three with another clean sweep.  Posting this early, as calling hours/funeral/helping my parents will probably take the entire weekend.  I did all of the things I needed to do to finish out the week this morning.

Day 23 - Monday, out of order

 

So this morning I felt really lousy - all I could do was meditate.  But after a long day of work, I totally rangered the evening, and got it all done anyway.  Pretty hard, and I am beat, but kept my streak going.

Day 25 - Today was lame - tomorrow was better

 

Isn't time travel grand?

 

Only did two things on Wednesday - 10 minutes of walking, and reading the NF Forums.  Kind of a bust, but I can still keep a clean sheet if workout on Saturday, and do some extra stuff tonight.

Day 28 - Challenge Rangered

 

I am done - did everything planned this challenge, despite a lot of bad stuff going on.  I feel much better about myself - have had a lot of busted challenges, and this one was good.

 

Got up, and caught up on the bodyweight exercises I missed on Wednesday. 

 

Total Points this challenge: 2286 - so I made my goal + and my stretch goals
